“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.”

In response to Jehannamama’s comment: Hi Jehannamama,
Really appreciate your comment. I love yours too especially. “I am always harvesting all the good that life provides.” I too have an interest in herbs, I recently brought a stevia plant and cannot believe that this plant is being kept under wraps by the authorities. Its great that this site exists and enables people from all over the world to circulate creative energy. Mind you a quote I love “The way in which energy behaves depends on what the observer expects to see.”
Hope all is well in your world. Sue
How do I use colour in my world. Mmmmmmmm I think that’s an interesting question. But when I think of it ask me my favorite colour its BLACK. Why I see black as sleek sexy. Polished and clean cut. Now I used to own an in the face yellow car. It was my little sunbeam. Yellow makes me feel Vibrant and healthy and reminds me of sunshine. I also have a great appreciation for nature, the morning sun is pouring into my window at the moment and, at the beginning of summer as the sun gets higher the sun hits my crystals and a dazzling display of color dances around our bed room, I always believe its a form of energy that protects and keeps us vibrant. We don’t sleep with curtains at the window and when there is a full moon the white glow bathes us as we sleep and I find that healing and loving. I have always put the white light of protection around my kids and family when I see them, when we say good bye or when they have a challenge whatever that may be, it automatic. I love white, our beddings white, china is white, its crisp and clean and free from germs. Now blue jacaranda trees fascinate me the color of those is so spiritual, it really moves me the depth of that blue, In Sydney they flower around my birthday and the whole place is bathed in blue it scatters every where like confetti its stunning. A neighbor has had a Japanese flowing cherry and the pink has been so vibrant and dazzling that I have had so much pleasure out of it. Also the color of bougainvillea’s this year in Aussie has been stunning. Nature is incredible. How do you use it? Have a great week . Sue

Hi Kathy,
Welcome to bmindful and this flourishing community. Many thanks. As you get older I think you understand gratitude more. You walk down life’s high road and observe life from different angles and experiences. Like yourselves we started a small business, it can be challenging to say the least. But a decision that adds strength to our characters. I wish you well yes adopt it as your personal mission statement. I cant take the credit for it it was given to me by someone else. You have strong affirmations, I love them especially the one about Luck. I feel lucky have a good evening I am just about to start my day. Sue
