Hi guys just a fleeting visit. I know I haven’t been around for some time.
Life is busy and I love this site I prefer to sit when I have the time to absorb and enjoy. But just wanted to share this with you all. Leave 10 things you BELIEVE.

I Believe you are what you think.

Great thread! Good morning everyone!

• I believe I am right where I am supposed to be.
• I believe in is how I interpret things creates my optimism.
• I believe in perpetual footwork in my highest valued tasks/goals. I believe in the power of goal setting.
• I believe my actions when met with a deep personal passion is a vehicle that must receive regular maintenance.
• I believe when we love deeply our energy is multiplied moment by moment toward all good things.
• I believe I co-create my life with my Creator. I believe in the Power of Prayer.
• I believe no matter what the outward appearance of my circumstances, as long as I trust The Process, and discuss with myself the beauty of it, I accelerate every spark of Goodness I need at just the right moment for what I personally need for the long run (and chances are I will experience short term gifts in abundance as well).
• I believe in the power of putting things on paper (prioritizing, a plan, a feeling, a thought, an idea,task, goal..)
• I believe in the power of truly taking care of myself (mind [ I believe in continuous education and the way I speak to myself}, body (fitness and nutrition] and spirit)
• I believe patience is simply persistence with a smile.

It's a basic common agreement that affirmations or self talk is most effective while the mind is in a semi or unconscious state, as you drift off to sleep.
