I am a 50 yr old married father of 3 boys. A successful businessman technologist who has left that behind to start a 2nd career. In my spare time I’m a fitness nut, a baseball coach, and a bad musician who loves to play anyway.
I show up as “currently online” a lot because I like to check “My Affirmations” several times a day to keep reminding myself what I’m practicing.
That’s about it. I am in awe of the very kind people who give advice and support everyone here.

My name? Officially an “accidental” is any individual note on a page that requires a symbol in front of it (flat, natural, or sharp) but I like the name because of the idea of “happy accidents” making the best music. Not that I’m a good musician. Any time the song turns out nice, that’s a happy accident.

Three boys, huh? As the mother of three boys, God bless you and your wife!! The energy it takes to raise them is immense!!
I, too, left my field in accounting to start a 2nd career. It was the best decision I ever made…for myself and the family. Amazing how your life will change.

Hi I haven’t posted on your profile. You are a cool guy firstly I have to say kudos to you for raising your boys. There must be a lot of excitment in your household. Love the fact that you think your a bad musician but love to play anyway! I believe that you are a really good musician and are humble. You are another shinning candle light on top of this huge cake called bmindful!

Well thanks for the nice note, Mary. Raising 3 boys is easy for me — it’s my 2nd childhood! You’re right, plenty of excitement here — the oldest is about to get his driver’s license. Ha ha I’m not a good musician — the only people who want to listen to me play are my parents, and I suspect to find out if I’ve gotten any good yet! :) And if I’m a shining candle on the cake, you’re the sparklers blazing above it!
