I’m a writer living among the mountains of Southern Oregon, and I’ve never been happier! Going on 50 in 2009, I’m divorced (8 years now) a mom (my daughter’s at the Naval Academy in Annapolis and I’m very proud) and I have a wolf-dog for a pet. My health is great, I have wonderful friends, and life is good.

Whatever needs to be known will be revealed in the exact moment that I need to know it (from Intenders of Highest Good)

I may not always be aware of the choices made by Higher Self, but I can always trust those choices.

I Intend that I am willing to wait as long as it takes for my intentions to manifest. - duh ;-D

I am loved, I am safe, I am happy :-)

I intend that all of my intentions serve the Highest Good of the Universe, myself, and everyone everywhere. (from Intenders of the Highest Good)

I trust and remain open to receive from both expected and unexpected sources.

I intend that I am guided, guarded, protected, and lined up with the highest good at all times.

I let go so there is room for something better to come in.

I take appropriate inspired action where I can, and surrender what I cannot control to the non-physical aspects of my Self.

I remain focused on my Heart's desires and take inspired actions to fulfill them.

I am resolving my challenges by envisioning my ideal outcomes and taking inspired actions.

My Love-based intentions are creating an experience of abundance, happiness, and joy.

Aligning my consciousness with Source creates intentions that emerge from Love.

Knowing what I am not, and remembering who I am, brings peace and joy to my heart and mind.

The desires of my heart are always for the best and highest good.

Even when I think I don't want anything, my heart remains filled with desire.

Even though I sometimes think that I cannot have what my heart desires, in truth I really can.

I choose to create a personal environment that feeds and nurtures my positive emotions.

In our Hearts, we are One.

The Love I feel for another is the Love that they are.

The Love that I feel for another is the Love that I am.

I now intend that the essential qualities of money in my life are freedom, abundance, gratitude and joy.

The mind creates an image of my body that is always vital, healthy, beautiful and strong.

My body is an image created by the infinite intelligence of the spiritual Mind.

I safely allow an abundance of dollars into my life.

Gratitude for All That Is brings peace to my mind, health to my body, and wealth to my spirit.

Awareness of what I am not, allows me to remember who I am.

I see others as the beautiful. loving, spiritual beings that they really are.

I give careful thought to the actions I choose to take.

I take action when I am inspired, and I follow through.

I hear, feel and trust my instincts and inspiration.

I now intend that I give myself dollars in abundance before they are needed, and in ways that are for the best and highest good.

Whatever I ask of the Universe, I ask of myself.

I and the Universe are one.

I am at peace with myself and with what I see.

The Love that I am is reflected in all that I see, do, and feel.

The Love that I am is always with me.

I am the Love that I seek.

Health is my natural state of being. I am healthy.

I always have whatever I need.

I give and receive freely, generously, with open heart and open mind.

I am seen, I am loved, I am safe.

I choose to feel gratitude for All That Is.

As I give I receive, and I give freely.

I remember who I am, and I am happy!

I am Love and I love myself!

I am finding ways to receive money that are in alignment with my life's purpose and heart's desires.

All my heart's desires come to me in the perfect time.

I have the courage to be who I really am and share my truth with the world.

I am blessed with friendships and relationships that bring out the best in me.

My mind is filled with thoughts that bring love, light and truth to my life.

Thanks Laurie…I’ve been really busy building a new site. This time a “real” one, not “just” a blog. When it’s ready I’ll change my link. It’s a site that will bring together so many of the awesome resources available online (and off) for discovering who we really are, and empowering ourselves and our lives (bmindful is one of those, of course!).
