I’m gathering all of my past activities, and summarizing that are relavant to where I want to go.
I have been very busy with my current job (thank goodness-I’m working) and other important things.I know when things lessen up around here, I will have more blocks of time. Your encouragement and ideas have meant/and mean a lot.

In response to themadcookieman’s comment: Glad you liked it. I like just about anything that Yello does because they seem free in their music. They make most of their own sounds then mix them in new and amazing ways. There’s noone out there that really does the job so well and I think they illustrate what creativity is all about.

I feel as though I should have something profound to say after such an absence but I haven’t; I’ve just been living my life and trying to find out more about myself and how to align my few skills with my life. I’ve always had a love of photography, in particular portrait work and now I’ve finally got around to doing something with it; I’m building my own studio. I also start my third year as a trainee counsellor in September, so things are actually beginning to align. I hope to become good enough at these disciplines to be able to finally drop my engineering business (is this cathartic or what?).
I was 50 this year and it’s strange how that consolidates things. Awareness of existential principles, I can appreciate how powerful death is and just about the best motivator I’ve ever experienced.
