2009 Is MINE !

I am a 40-Something lady. I’m married to a wonderful Christian man who loves me unconditionally as I do him. I am challenged by three different chronic diseases all of which cause physical pain and fatigue. I am trying to get back to the mindset where I can “step out of the pain”. I’m concentrating on reprogramming myself to believe that I have all the energy I need for all the things I want to do in my day and that I don’t need more than eight hours of sleep. I am open to any suggestions.

I with the help of the Lord have conquered the problem with sleeping 16 hours a day. I continue to fight the fatigue but I feel this is much better than sleeping my life away.

I like your screen name. My business name is Lady Bug Enterprises. I also have a condition that causes physical pain. thankfully I have a high tolorance to pain. I don’t know how some people take it. Hopefully one day at a time. Sometimes one moment at a time.

Hi KJ,

I hurt every day some days more so than others. The holidays are a challenge for me and I’m doing my best to be positive and enjoy them. What kind of business do you own?

I very well understand daily challenges with physical issues. All I can say is to keep going… one day at a time! And find something positive about every situation, no matter how small.

I live with pain and fatigue also.I have found a lot of relief by using products from Earthcalm.com,magnets,diet change,Binaural waves, and getting chemicals out of my life. But Positive affirmations has also helped me a lot.It is very hard to think of ourselves as useful people when we have to spend so much time on our health. But we are, and always remember that we are loved.Good luck with you’re challenges.Love and Peace.Dawn

Hi AmericanLadyBug, Sorry to hear of your pain and fatigue. I have had tourettes syndrome for about 42 yrs., now. I used to have severe neck pain and headaches from a head twitch. You mentioned you were open to suggestions. i’ve found much relief, from MANY issues, by using EFT. Its like a form of accupuncture, but without the needles. If you’d like, you can visit my site and watch the short movie trailer about it and download the free ebook which also explains it in more detail and tells you how to apply. Its very simple and I am trying to help spread the word especially since big pharma wants to keep medicating and labeling us for life. I prefer natural or alternative therapy and this EFT definitely fits and works. I do hope you made the best of Thanksgiving and thankfully you’ve a strong and loving relationship with your husband. That helps tremendously as I’m sure you know. Take care. John

I wish you strength and hope. I love that affirmation: Action precedes motivation. Very true. I do then I believe. I lift my foot when I am feeling hesitant.

Dear LadyBug~ I am sending you an abundance of energy and healing love. Have you ever read any of Louise Hay books? She has some wonderful affirmations related to chronic pain. My favorite of hers is Meditations to Heal Your Life. Peace and blessings. MM

Thanks themadcookieman. I’ve been around for a few years. That doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the greeting. Hope you headed for a great weekend.
