I have a blog dedicated to positive affirmations: http://positivedailyaffirmations.blogspot.com
I have some chronic health problems and I am finding positive daily use of affirmations to be helpful. I find that doing it daily is not always easy but I can see the wisdom and power of positive affirmations.
What first got me into positive affirmations was a product my wife sells called Affirmation Jewelry Charms and then I came across a verse in the bible: “As a man thinketh, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7.
From there I have been deep into the study and use of positive affirmations. They are powerful and the affirmation jewelry charms she sells are a powerful way of reminding you of the affirmations you are working on.
These sterling silver affirmation charms help keep your current affirmation foremost in your mind as you wear these fashionable visual reminders.

Thank you so much for your comment. I went to your blog and from there to your silver jewelry site and oh I love the ASL charm. I ordered the necklace for my daughter, because we took ASL classes together for me, because my hearing is terrible. She did wonderfully. I did not, but still it’s a wonderful memory of something we did together. The affirmation charms are a fantastic idea!
I was browsing some users affirmation lists and I found this one: “I am limitless Joy.” Which inspired this thought:
It’s funny how we limit ourselves or let others limit us. I know of a chronically ill woman who limits here joy to phone calls from her children.
I am chronically ill myself and I don’t do what she does and I feel a lot of joy in my faith and religion and others around me. I find joy in my new dog Paco.
But that affirmation struck a cord in me that we can find joy in almost anything. A thought came to me that finding joy along the way also overlaps the concept of gratitude.
The more joyful we are the more grateful we are!
I Like your energy!
And the ‘I am limitless Joy’ is beautiful. We are all limitless beings bound only by our own conceptions of limitation.
Sometimes I think it’s easier to be and stay limited than to get our heart and mind around the fact that we are indeed limitless. We are in a perpetual state of limitless becoming - and that is where the fear stems - to become requires growth and that growth is accompanied by friction.
I remember reading that we don’t fear failure, we’re actually scared of being truly successful.
I put affirmations to music and may use ‘I am Limitless Joy’ in my ‘Single Purpose’ suite of affirmations.
