I am a health nut that deals with occasionally bouts of guilt when I treat myself to something that I do not consider as “healthy” I have in recent months taken up the art of practicing Birkam Yoga, and I love everything about it. I love everything about me when I am practicing it and I plan to use positive affirmations and bmindful to feel like that at all other times in my life, after all I am pretty great :)
