This Happiness Meeting format is a bit different than earlier ones. You see, my inner child is feeling free and wants to play with quotes, ideas to ponder, and creativity. When I let her loose there is no telling the ways in which she will find joyful ways to express herself. I am not going to apologize for her, just thought I would explain(:

Let’s enjoy peace and love

as we take care of our inner selves

Joy is spiritual. It is totally different from pleasure or happiness. It has nothing to do with the outside, with the other, it is an inner phenomenon. Osho

quote-240.jpg

Loving yourself doesn’t mean you have stopped caring about other people, places and things.

Without an ongoing supportive relationship with yourself, how do you really connect with what is outside of you?

The more completeness of your growth

 is available to you

when you commit to loving your inner child is the beginning of a world that will always love you and actively engage in your life where you would otherwise be creating unrealistic expectations

with your outer world

and even unrealistic

expectations with yourself.

Are you too hard on yourself?
Guess who can answer that question? Yup, your inner child.

And what better way to really

hear yourself - then listening to your inner kids.

Did you know your inner child

or children …are the feeling part of you?

When is the last time you

stopped reacting and began comforting your loving child within?

Get to know that beautiful child

Build on that love

Build on that relationship and you will build on the love you desire with yourself to better love you and your life every day.

Let your child know you can be trusted with their well-being.

After all they are YOU.❤️

Affirmation

Create your life

more in the moment and build a better future by loving and supporting your inner child starting … now.

When the artist is alive in any person, whatever his kind of work may be, he becomes an inventive, searching, daring, self-expressing creature. He becomes interesting to other people. He disturbs, upsets, enlightens, and he opens ways for a better understanding. Where those who are not artists are trying to close the book he opens it, shows there are more pages possible." – Robert Henri, from The Art of the Spirit

Suggested Questions in process:

1. In earlier Happiness Meetings- very BIG questions were asked. For example:Do you love yourself ? Do you like yourself? This Happiness Meeting asks how do you engage with your inner child letting them know you fully like, love (them/you)and show how support you really are of you?

Do you stuff your feelings or do you ask your inner child How are you in this moment? How May I show you I am here for you? Have I been ignoring you …?

Do you ever say:

I love you.
I am sorry.

& Please forgive me to your little one inside?

2. How are things in your world, may be a question you may or may not know how to respond to.

answer  Ask your inner child: How are things in your world? Now listen.
Keep listening. Does your inner child have something to tell you? Does your inner child trust you? If they are quiet - no worries. Get to know your inner child, be gentle and begin or take your relationship with them to a greater level. ( All relationships need various things to grow to a healthier more prosperous level. What are some of your ideas
to create

this awesome trusting relationship with you?

Thank you for posting this amazing happiness meeting!

I love the thought:  THIS isn't about the world: Let Go and Love yourself.

I plan to do exactly that: let go of the world and re-connect with my inner self and my inner child... all the wonder and innocence.

These moments are timeless and its a process of new discovery. Listening and allowing is the language of inner work.

In this meeting, I am planning on both fun and function.

This meeting is like a treasure hunt where the treasure is this journey, its all in my now.

Every single thought is my next step.

I inhale pure overwhelming love, inner guidance and acceptance.  I exhale abundant gratitude, pure love and vibrant harmony.

Questions:

Do I love myself?  Do I like myself?

How is my inner child?  Whats her current experience?

Yes, I absolutely love myself. Self love/ self care are something I do continuously. Even in my dreams, I am receiving self love and comfort.

I have learned to enjoy my self and to make use of all the positive energy that surrounds me. I am blessed in so many ways. I have so much to be grateful for starting with my health and my peace!

My inner child needs a lot more attention. I am responding and I am learning to offer both my listening and she wants more fun, more exercise and more giggles.

This Happiness Meeting asks how do you engage with your inner child letting them know you fully like  loving (them/you)and showing how supportive you really are of who you are and all you think, do and feel.

My engagement with my inner child is basically treating myself as the best friend I could ever have
Does this relationship have room for improvement… ? What relationship doesn’t look for ways to be bettered?

I do my best to not belittle myself, I do look for ways to increase my understanding of time and quality of life. I am healthy… though life does ask these questions of me, I can feel that.
So with that in mind, I already know I care about people… though how good of giver can I be if giving to myself in quality loving fun loving creative ways fall short? What is available for others or anything when I am not placing myself as a high priority?

I also know I am a full time job, a job I love to go to.
Knowing I take up a lot of time I need to ‘slot’ others in there as a close second, or they won’t get the quality attention I would like.
My plate (like that of others) is full, that is why breaking things down into manageable pieces is the key to ‘everything’ Also having a vision from my spirit place of what matters to me. There are no wrong answers because I want to hear all I have got … I don’t expect others to want to hear every detail in my world… Even if they did want to hear… I am the one that must love me … accept me and take me by the hand.
I am so grateful for the treasured relationships I have had, and ones I nurture today and privileged to be part of (:

this entire meeting is being typed from my phone… please excuse display  of it all and punctuation(: Just keeping it simple so I can continue with a valuable topic(:

Hope others are getting a bit of inspiration for things they are wanting.

This Happiness Meeting asks how do you engage with your inner child

Will return soon

I know I am powerless over the results of things, though I often don’t FEEL that. After seeing GOD work in my life, I cannot help know … not only does God exist and I am not alone, though the completeness that will be part of my experience in the most benevolent way will show up in my life in the perfect timing.

That is how I support my inner child.

I remind my inner child, The Creator did not bring us all this way to drop us off.

I cannot always share this with another person, because what I receive and the way I receive it may not be at all the same way. We all get what we need the way we need it, as we let go and not be so attached to the outcome… just believe in the most benevolent outcome.

Ask your inner child: How are things in your world? Now listen.

My inner child needs a break from various certain things  to feel better about safety.

What is safety for my little one?

She is telling me now(:

I am a natural multi tasker. And it’s been said there are no real multitaskers. We all only put 1 leg in our pants at a time (:

Some people  expect me to be the same person I was before I lost my loved one.

They want what I gave before.

I am the same where it counts

and I am not the same …

and never will be.

I am told this isn’t bad.

Though what is good and bad?

I don’t know. I only know I can only be responsible for myself.

I am taking this inner child thing ‘to heart’

In response to ♡ ˚Peace, Purpose & Joy's post:

Excellent questions, thank you!

List 10 things I'm grateful for:

1.  My health!! YES. And, grateful for my body!

2.  I am grateful for all of the GIFTS of my Spirit. My Spirit is my inner Guide.  My Spirit is constantly interacting w/ me, constantly weaving my path powerfully before me...

3.  Wisdom.  I love that I love Wisdom....  I allow Wisdom to shape my heart and my Spirit and I learn to have a personal relationship with wisdom and with my truth, and I hold wisdom and truth closely everyday.

4.  I am grateful for my primary and secondary circles of love that grow everyday through my entire life.  I have so much at be grateful for, in these circles of love and of Being...  I have 2 Glorious Loving adult children, friends, family and so many amazing people who have contributed to me, whose hands have shaped my heart, and whose love is stronger than good medicine. I have learned that LOVE is an inexhaustible resource, rich is compassion and long in suffering that forever makes me better, stronger, wiser and endlessly diligent, awake, astute with a refined degree of subtlety, a deep, abiding and inexhaustible faith and a wide, deep, generous Spirit of Abundance...

5.  I am grateful for my inner self.  I want to include my inner child.  Working with and working around the subject of inner child was a powerful way for me to learn to embrace myself. I learned a lot about self care and how to nurture myself, how to allow myself to create inner calmness, inner peace, inner harmony. There is an entire inner world, and it takes time and intention to tap in and to develop access and learn to plant seeds of courage, seeds of hope, and learn to ask questions, learn to be patient w/ self and with others. Learn to listen.  Learn to find harmony. Learn to trust.

6.  I am very grateful for learning the power of choice.  The power of self determination. The power of creation and the pulse of creation. I choose this life, I choose these lessons, I choose to be powerful, I choose to be a source of light, I choose inner harmony, I choose inner joy, I choose inner radiance, I choose miracles, I choose my faith that my faith will shape me and allow me to be connected to a vast network of intelligence, abundance, health, vitality, wisdom and understanding.

7.  I am grateful for the plant, animal and mineral kingdom.  ALL of these are vitally important. All of them are extremely precious to me. I have had this love and the fullness of understanding the standing of this love for the 4 Kingdoms, always. The 4th Kingdom is the Kingdom of man. All 4 Kingdoms are very well received and very well balanced on all levels. This is one of my finest and my deepest sources/resources... of my Being, is my relationship to and my reverence of this lifetime dynamic.

8.  I am Completely grateful for my parents.  They provided me with the map of consciousness and they provided me with the Gift of Life... They blessed me with siblings who have each contributed to my perception and my understanding of what it means to belong.

9.  I am grateful for Music.  I am grateful for Gift of how music, lyrics and harmony impact me and impact others... I Love so many different types of music.  I love that the different music allows wide variety and its impact is amazing.

10.  I am grateful for our earth... I love land. I love Sweet Country nights, dark starry nights. I love all seasons, I love rain. I love the mountains. I love the ocean. I love traveling. I love gardening. I love planting beautiful trees, plants, herbs, roses... I love designing water features, and am so excited about my lifetime LOVE of a midnight garden...

Describe a perfect day of your dreams:

I dream of OUR world being LOVED, respected and protected from greedy corporate exploitation.

I dream of all of the countries uniting to end fossil fuel dependence.  The world goes green!!!  People all over the world set up rain water collections, and recycling is a way of life. Millions of people plants trees continuously, and water is abundant. Animals are surviving and they have plenty to eat! The oceans are healthy and protected from human pollution.  All of the sea animals are protected from being over fished.  Farm animals are respected and mothers are allowed to nurse their babies.

I dream of a world where EVERY CHILD is loved, cherished and is wanted.

I dream of a world where people do not crave material wealth; they enjoy physical activity, they enjoy health, they enjoy one another. Happiness is the norm. Tasteful music and talented people are common!!  Everyone is incredibly talented and has something valuable to share...

I dream of a world where governments function and are responsive to the need for change. People have access to health care.
