My memory is extremely better and excellent everyday

My body is healthy and well at all times no matter what

When I plant an idea in my subconscious mind, it is like planting a seed. I am not required to move about frantically looking for all the things I need to accomplish my goal. All I need to do is act now on the people & circumstances within me now

I am surrounded by the light of the Higher Power

I release the oars and go down in the stream of life with ease

Loving myself sets me free of other people opinions.

My mind, body and all of my affairs are in perfect alignment and everything is balanced.

I begin my day in a wonderful way

I am grateful that I stay positive throughout the day

I am a strong person filled with faith, hope, confidence and enthusiasm

It's all about keeping it simple and doing it well, and that's what I do, easily and routinely.
