When I plant an idea in my subconscious mind, it is like planting a seed. I am not required to move about frantically looking for all the things I need to accomplish my goal. All I need to do is act now on the people & circumstances within me now

I release the oars and go down in the stream of life with ease

Loving myself sets me free of other people opinions.

My mind, body and all of my affairs are in perfect alignment and everything is balanced.

I begin my day in a wonderful way
