God's grace abounds and I appreciate every minute of the day.

Each breath I take gives me miraculous energy!

I will be attentive at tonight's meeting and share meaningfully.

I will greet all I meet with a warm smile.

Anytime, anywhere I will always tell my children that I love them.

I will clean and ready my garden for planting.

Life is a kick, a Super Bowl winning field goal!

Problems are no more, they are necessary challenges to the betterment of my life.

Tonight, as I go to sleep, each breath will put me in a deeper more relaxed state of being.
