I choose to make disappointment drive me to become even more.

I take refuge in the right concentration. The right concentration takes refuge in me. I focus on becoming enlightened for the sake of all beings.

I take refuge in the right mindfulness. The right mindfulness takes refuge in me. I am aware.

I take refuge in the right effort. The right effort takes refuge in me. I invest energy.

I take refuge in the right livelihood. The right livelihood takes refuge in me. I provide value.

I take refuge in the right action. The right action takes refuge in me. I am creating.

I take refuge in the right speech. The right speech takes refuge in me. I honor enlightenment, peace, joy, and love.

I take refuge in the right intention. The right intention takes refuge in me. I decide my evolution.
