Name 3 things (out of your big to-do list)in a general or specific way that will get your attention today.
Many times affirmations work by merely writing them and letting them go.
Let’s do that with today’s focus.
3 things.
I have added this note…if your focus exceeds 3…that’s ok. Purpose of 3 is to put at least 3 off things/areas which are surfacing in your thoughts …..not only will they get attention…you also are creating more room to be/create

1. Schedule EXERCISE TIME (and stick to it)… for the last three weeks I have only worked out twice… for some reason everyone is more important that me???? I forgot to take care of myself… (sorry work. sorry kids. sorry hubby. Mom’s “me” day is coming tomorrow)
2. Schedule some ALONE TIME (oh, don’t even go there how long ago that was!) that isn’t working out or running errands for home / work.
3. Once I am refreshed, it will be time to make my next three month goals. :) Which frogs will I devour and which ones will I marinate??? :) hehehe…
I am living in many dimensions at once; the appearance of being trapped in time and space is only an illusion.

Thank you both for sharing…
This is a great thread!
So, here are the three things that have my attention:
1. Being open and not being stopped
2. Very new, very immediate: focusing on my core beliefs and shifting old beliefs that hinder me.
3. The sum total of the above two is that I am fulfilled; I feel empowered to create a life that less and less defined my past… And, I am not afraid of LIFE. I am not afraid of aging! I am not afraid to trust. And, I expand my awareness and my life flows! I am not stopped by my Self or by obstacles! If I only have this exact moment, then, I literally, have everything imaginable…
“Radical Acceptance is the ability to face hardships with greater love and deeper awareness.
Contemplation shapes radical acceptance as a way to choose love and peace over anger and despair.

everything imaginable…
this includes miracles that are directly related to forgiveness…
Peace is made around peaceful people…

One more:
My new Daily mantra (this is one mantra, not four, but One…….)
I am Loved. I am worthy. I am safe. I am whole.
“Radical Acceptance is the ability to face hardships with greater love and deeper awareness.

1. Work hard
2. Be kind
3. Have fun
Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.
1. bringing a gift to co-worker
2. preparing joyfully for work today
3. eating a delicious nutritious brunch which will create a bit of ‘chosen balance’ from recent holiday feasts (which I had told myself -this doesn’t count there) lol

I wrote this three years ago today. Such a terrible thing. It certainly got my attention!
Sandy Hook….Three Poems—-Poppy
TEARFUL EYES FLOW FREELY
Tearful eyes flow freely
For the newly dead
For the courage of Teachers
Who did the impossible
Hiding students
Behind their greatest fear
Loving them to the last
In their care
You can rest assured
They did their best
To protect and defend
As a war of bullets sound
Hearts stopping
With every round
Slain bodies in the hall,
How do we go on?
True soldiers everywhere
Battling to the death
Innocent children
In pools of blood
How many wars
Must we endure
Before we learn
The war we rage
With assault weapons
Is always
Against ourselves.
NUMB
Numb
Numbing shock
Disbelief
The horror of war
Innocents raped
As projectiles fly
Students and teachers
Cowering in courage
Defying the horror
Eyes forever opened
Battling unarmed
Heroes All
SLEEP WILL COME
Sleep will come
You can close your eyes
The thoughts in your mind
Will keep you awake
Fear of dreaming
Will keep your eyes open.
Exhaustion will settle in
Scars will form
And times later
It will begin again.
Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.

2. personal basics re:exercise & meal planning
3. personal basics re: affirmations, intentions, centering
