Good morning bmindfulers(: I’ve started my day with some delicious fruit, chatted w/our private message feature, started a thread, and responded to some.
Now as much as I think of ya’ll, have to start my day. I’ll reframe->want to start my day. Going to do some planning, bill paying, exercising, catch a little sunshine and then off to work.
Thinking of you guys, and want to hear about your morning.

Good morning – it’s school holidays and the kids slept over at their grandparents – so I had ‘before work’ all to myself. I had a quiet coffee and decided to get my tax stuff together. Today is the end of financial year in Australia and as I do other peoples taxes I like to get mine done first. Rode my scooter to work and it’s a beautiful sunny day. It’s going to be a good day I can just feel it (also feeling my sore triceps from tricep dips yesterday).

Though its past morning but I am happy that I tried to draft a Newsletter for our Pranic Healing Centre. (its my first attempt. I have never tried my hand at creative writing. when this work was offered to me I thought why not do it, I’ld get to learn and be useful to the centre.)
It rained in the morning and the weather is just lovely. Will go for a hair cut in the evening and attend a friend’s daughter’s wedding in the evening.
I love weddings. The very fact that 2 individuals are ready to commit themselves to each other and are exchanging vows for blissful togetherness fills me with immense joy. I pray that everyone out there is able to find lifelong happiness with their soulmates. I am blessed because I found mine 17 yrs ago!

I have my kids at work this morning – I have a mountain of paperwork to send out to clients which I MUST do today. This week is my tidy-up week at work so I can start the new year off fresh & organised. My son is already covered in red & blue stamps and they’ve got paper & pens everywhere. They get so excited to come to my office.
After I get sick of telling them to shush we will go to the library and hang out there for a while, then home for lunch, and maybe build some sandcastles on the beach. Again it’s a beautiful sunny mid-winter’s day, no coat or jacket necessary.

I am feeling so fortunate to be around such wonderful and motivated people. My life is completely at ease and I look forward to each and every experience that I am entitled to go thru in this life time.
Its a wonderful morning. The sky is overcast and all of us are overjoyed. It is such a respite from the scorching heat. I love every bit of today and I am going to do justice to my affirmations and my attitude is totally positive and open.

Then tackle the tasks. After work, we are going out for drinks with my beloved co-workers/friends, trying out a new bar, which opens only for a month in the year :-O
The summer is here and I am happy that we are going out, since we hadn’t gone out together for quite a long time, everyone busy with other things.

Great Morning to everyone!!! Life is truly blessed and I am feeling so light and wonderful after my morning meditation that the statement- ‘happiness is a state of mind’ seems just so right. I am going to continue with my meditations. This feeling of being in control of my mind is very empowering!

Good Morning all the lovely people out there.
I have been away for a while but missed bmindful every single day.
life is good and I am feling great.
Yesterday night I slept with a heavy head and resentment for my own response to particular situations. But morning made me feel different. its a new day, a new life. I am relaxed and eager to begin a new chapter….or end the old chapter!!!!

Had a wonderful morning, or I think I can say I had a satisfying morning. Hubby is down with sour throat, not the one to take leave from work first time he felt he should be careful with the H1N1 thing going on. I requested him to try some Pranic Healing and to my utter amazement he agreed! Applied healing for sore throat and general body infection. After the application he actually said the thorns he was experiencing in his throat are no longer there. He seemed relaxed and slept for more than an hr after that!
I am happy and satisfied that my learning is being put to use and is helping someone.
For me it was a wonderful morning in the sense of my practice.
Though I need to reapply the treatment after a few hrs.

Wow! what a day.
Had a major argument with my elder son yesterday night. Was miserable for sometime but after that I forgave him for saying those things to me and asked for his forgiveness too. Could sleep better.
But woke up feeling very good. And to make it the moment of the day my son actually touched my feet for blessings before going to school!!!!! He has not done it ever since he turned teenager!

My hubby returns from a very long official tour today- I am looking forward to his company.
Have a healing to do in the evening.
I am happy that my mom who had a pain in her lower back is feeling better after my healing for it.

The young man crossed the desert and finally reached the Sceta monastery. There he asked – and was given permission – to attend one of the abbot’s talks.
That afternoon the abbot spoke about the importance of farm work.
When the talk came to an end, the young man commented to one of the monks:
“That really impressed me. I thought that I was going to hear an illuminated sermon on virtues and sins, but the abbot only spoke about tomatoes, irrigation and things like that. Where I come from, everyone believes that God is mercy: all you need to do is pray.”
The monk smiled and answered:
