My name is Sangeeta and I live in Essex, Uk, with my husband and 2 children. I am a strong believer in having a positive self image and helping others see the good in themselves. Self improvement is a life long journey and not a destination. There are several things I do that help me.

I attend personal development seminars. Speakers I’ve seen include Dr Robert Rohm, Frank Dick, Sir Ranolph feinnes, Sir Terry Waite, Morris Goodman (The Miracle Man), Shad Helmstetter, Nigel Risner, Craig Goldblatt and many more. The other reason why I go, is that I love the association with like minded people.

I read something positive and uplifting everyday.
I repeat positive affirmations out loud and in my head everyday.
I listen to self development cds or positive uplifting music everyday.

My goal is to help everyone I meet, feel good about themselves, and I can only do that if I feel great about myself. I also want to be a positive, inspiring role model for my children.
