I have problems sleeping….I’m tired & I wanna sleep….I just can’t. I have to get up at 7 to get ready for work and I’m still trying to calm my mind at 1 o’clock in the morning. Too many things running around in my head that won’t let me sleep.
Here are some affirmations for insomnia. I don’t really know how long it takes. I have just noticed a gradual change in my thinking, and I just keep using affirmations to change the negative into something positive.
Good luck…. try soft music, warm milk. Works for me.
I sleep deeply and peacefully, and awake feeling rested and full of energy. I release the concerns of tomorrow; I relax and sleep easily and peacefully knowing that all is well. I am at peace with my situation; I relax and let go. I feel calm and relaxed and now sleep peacefully. I relax and let go; I am safe, and it is okay for me to sleep now. I lovingly release the concerns of today and sleep peacefully. I am always guided and protected; I am safe and all is well. All my needs are taken care of and all is well. I lovingly release the day and slip into peaceful sleep, knowing tomorrow will take care of itself.
