★The Ultimate Freedom is ____________

The ultimate freedom is getting wisdom and understanding!

“Radical Acceptance is the ability to face hardships with greater love and deeper awareness.
Contemplation shapes radical acceptance as a way to choose love and peace over anger and despair.
Begin by finding this within ourselves before helping others.

It makes me think of -> The ultimate freedom -> freedom is the ability to create your perception… free to choose anything!

I Am living a Divine plan

the ultimate freedom is a acknowledging, participating, being in this moment [the now]

I Am living a Divine plan

I think of this song often so I’m going to share it AGAIN, lol.

Throw It All Away

Freedom is when we finally get to be our true selves without fear. It is having the basic necessities so that we can survive physically and healthily to the degree we don’t have to “worry” about having enough to eat and a safe place to sleep. Freedom is realizing how little we really do NEED and appreciating the things we do have and do TRULY want. Most of the things we REALLY, TRULY want aren’t even physical objects in the first place. If you have a true want for some object, then, you have the means to get that object – the universe will help you get it if you really want something. No one, and I am totally serious, no one really WANTS to be a billionaire or even a millionaire. Someone who thinks that is kidding himself. He is blind. What he wants and what he THINKS he wants are two different things. A guy striving for great physical wealth may get it, but, it won’t fulfill him ‘cause the meaning of things comes from us, not the objects themselves. There are a handful of things that all of us pretty much want and those things are not objects, but, feelings, and the objects we DO want and the things that we want as individual – specific wants that are unique to each of us – those things are very few. The objects we want are nothing more than tools we want to help us fulfill our real needs.

Take your cautionary tales
And take your incremental gain
And all the sycophantic games
And throw ‘em all away
Burn your tv in your yard
And gather ‘round it with your friends
And warm your hands upon the fire
And start again
Take the story you’ve been sold
The lies that justify the pain
The guilt that weighs upon your soul
And throw ‘em all away
Tear up the calendar you bought
And throw the pieces to the sky
Confetti falling down like rain
Like a parade to usher in your life
Take the dreams that should’ve died
The ones that kept you lying awake
When you should’ve been all right
And throw ‘em all away
With the time i waste on the life i never had
I could’ve turned myself into a better man
There is nothing you can buy
And there is nothing you can save
To fill the hole inside your heart
So throw it all away
Help me to empty out this house
The things i’ve gathered all these days
And thought i couldn’t do without
And throw it all away

In response to Smart_Routines_With_Enthusiasm’s post:
brilliant post SRWE.
My current thought,
all addictions are a form of bondage,
coming to terms with an addiction, and finally find a way to let go of
any habit, among other benifits you feel a sense of freedom as a result
that’s what is good about addiction,
of course quitting something that use to take the edge off contrast,
sometimes requires diligent effort.

In response to serenity lake’s post:
You have a way with words. the phrasing of taking the edge off contrast is quite good.
