I am deeply connected to my life. I am deeply engaged in each moment as it comes to me. I am present and aware.

I listen with my own compassionate, loving heart as others share their own stories.

I only attract loving people in my world, for they are a mirror of what I am.

I know that whatever thoughts, desires, or attitudes that I put out return to me.
