I have quit smoking, and every day that passes, I feel better and better

I induldge myself regularly with health reward for quittingg smoking.

Also, I really want not to smoke, I used to think I 'needed' or 'enjoyed' smoking, but that was just a fallacy. The truth is I love myself and those around me so much more than that.

Quitting smoking is easy, it's really not as hard as I thought! It was continuing to smoke that was hard on me.

Smoking IS stupid, since I am not addicted to stupidity there is no reason why I can not quit smoking!

I am a grounded person.

I have the peace of God residing in me

It's okay to be peaceful and ambitious at the same time

I can keep calm no matter what.

I channel energy from my inner self

I accept peace and joy in all aspects of my life
