I am back to participating in my Church been attending Mass regularly, for the last couple of weeks ever since my son made his Confirmation. I am not Confirmed so next year I am going to take the RCIA class and do so. Excited going to choose my Mothers middle name for Confirmation name.

Been reading a lot of Louise Hay books and she is an inspiration to me……..

Also been busy with my web site for mental Health and Wellness..

My convictions may not always be the, but that is because I am fully open to growth...

In order to learn, I open up my mind to new possiibilities...

I make a conscious effort to give thanks for all the good things in my life...

My resolve is not swayed by wavering thoughts because my impasssioned conviction makes me strong! I am a confident person!!

This allows me to accept new ideas and grow intellectualy.

In order to learn, I open my mind to new possibilities.

The more I show my gratitude, the more good things i receive to be thankful for.

I shrug off all of the unnatural limitations I have let get in my way.

By removing the blinders of constraint, I am able to see the full scope of my objective.

Even the challenges arise for good reason and i am grateful for the lessons I leanr from them.

A positive boosts helps me fly through my daily tasks with enery and momentum.

The good feelings I generate start my day in a perfect way, and I find that one good thing leads to another.

I trust myself to always find an alternative

I am encouraged more and more about what is happening

I face guilt, and shame with courage.

I accept aloneness and spare time with courage.

I face failure or success with courage.

I am confident about in my ability to deal with situations or people that scare me.

I smile at my scared Ego and use Tough Love.

I trust myself to always find an alternative.

I only listen to those whom want to encourage me.

I make decisions based on courage.

I feel loved and watched over by God.

My courage finds the alternative my fear tries to hide.

I appreciate all the ways things have worked out for me.

I acknowledge my present situation as a path.

I accept life as it is, forgiving enough to accept it, as it has been.
