My “Affirmation Tip”… Many typing tutorial software programs allow you to choose your own text that you can type. So why not use your affirmations as your practice text? You can focus on your affirmations at the same time as practicing and/or improving your typing skills.
In response to Sibbia’s comment: I recently found Florence Schovel Shinn’s The Game of Life book at the thrift store. I haven’t finished reading it even though it is so short. And I want to get the Your Word is Your Wand book, simply because I love the title. The title alone says it all don’t you think? :)
It does it does! :)
I bought, “The Complete Writings of Florence Scovel Shinn for Women: Her Ageless Wisdom for Today” on Amazon which includes all of Shinn’s books, the Power of the Spoken Word, the Secret Door to Success etc (they’re pretty short, so the whole set is 356 pages).
Maybe you can find that one used. They are powerful little books!
Thank you for the typing tutorial tip. I love your profile and I’m glad to see you are acquainted with some great authors…I especially like James Allen although I love Wayne Dyer’s books and Louise L. Hay’s books too? If you like James Allen you may also have come across ‘The Master Key System by Charles F. Haanel. If you haven’t it is in the public domain so you should be able to download it somewhere on the net for free. Keep living your dream. Love and Light from The Motivator
I love the Louise Hay Affirmation you have - it really inspires peace!
You should definitely check out the Master Key - I can send you a (free) copy if you want…?
I’m also writing a ‘BookSmart’ version of the Master Key for my website (www.AffirmationStation.com) Where I turn the book into positive affirmations and recite them over Music for Meditation…I’ll be releasing it in the near future…
