It seems as though every part of my whole life is sweeter and better because of being smoke free.

Breathing is the easiest way for me to do this now.

I do not smoke. My lungs are increasingly stronger and are more and more healthy. I am able to breathe more and more deeply and fully.
Also, I really want not to smoke, I used to think I 'needed' or 'enjoyed' smoking, but that was just a fallacy. The truth is I love myself and those around me so much more than that.
