It is so good to finally be free from cigarettes! The more time that passes the better I feel!

I truly enjoy being smokefree, I feel better and better about myself being smokefree!

I enjoy knowing that my lungs are regenerating continuously as I continue to refrain from smoking.

I choose to see smoking for what it really is: weak, stress and anxiety driven, stupid, deadly, AND self-destructive - and I know that just has no more place in my life, at all.

It is really time for me to quit smoking, that old habit simply doesn't serve me anymore and it never really did.
