I so wish I could reach out to you with a hug. I have dealt with depression all of my life. I have found more love and joy and hope in my life just since I began with positive affirmations. I first read Louis Hays’ “You can heal your life” and then stumbled onto this site and though my life has since been full of ups and serious downs, overall, I know I have benefited in many ways and bottom line- I have been more hopeful, productive and happy by using positive affirmations and deliberatly recognizing those things in my life for which I am grateful and for being me.:)
