I only eat when truly hunger, never from boredom, stress or any other reason

I weigh 125 pounds and have a healthy, beautiful body

I AM motivated to lose every ounce of body fat that I desire.

I can distinguish between physical hunger and emotional hunger, and eat only in response to physical hunger.

Everything I eat turns to health, beauty and love.

I release the weight. I am safe.

When I wake up in the morning, my body feels thinner and thinner.

Nothing tastes as good as being slender feels

I can clearly see myself easily achieving and maintaining my goal weight

I am losing weight effortlessly every day!
