Hi, I love this affirmation..but…. Did you know that the sub-conscious cannot understand negatives? It just deletes them making the statement positive. So the way the above statement is worded will cancel itself out. You can just leave off the second sentence because that part is implied by the fact that you Always find time and energy to get things done. =) I want you to have the best success with your affirmation.
