I forgive myself for giving others the power to measure my worth

i am now able to move forward in areas of my life where i have been previously stuck

i set my past free and forgive myself for my participation

I refuse to live with hate in my heart

I refuse to live with resentment and regret

This is the year that I heal my mind and heart, and forgive all those in my life that need forgiving, including myself.

Now that I have released and overcome all grudges against others, I have a new lease on life, improved relationships, and fewer health concerns.

Today I am so strong that I allow nothing to disturb my peace of mind.
