COUPLE OF WALLACE WATTLES QUOTES TO KICK OFF THE THEME OF THIS HAPPINESS EXPERIENCE- OF GRATITUDE
"In daily life we must see that it is
not happiness
that makes us grateful,
but gratefulness that makes us happy.
It is necessary, then, to cultivate the habit of being grateful
for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously.
And because all things have contributed to your advancement ,
you should include all things in gratitude"
"When you are in doubt, wait, Fall back on the contemplation of your vision , and increase your faith and purpose. And by all means, in times of doubt and indecision, cultivate gratitude'

EVERY DAY IS A DAY TO GIVE THANKS
to BMINDFUL'S workshop on Self-Care, Boundaries, and Giving! We are so glad to have you here today.
In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the demands of daily life, often neglecting our own needs in the process. This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, understand the importance of setting healthy boundaries, and explore how giving can be a powerful act of self-care.
Throughout our time together, we will engage in meaningful discussions, interactive activities, and reflective exercises that will empower you to prioritize your well-being. We’ll delve into what self-care truly means, how to identify and communicate your boundaries, and how giving—whether to others or to yourself—can enrich your life and foster deeper connections.
Remember, self-care is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. By taking care of ourselves, we are better equipped to support those around us. Setting boundaries is an essential skill that allows us to protect our energy and maintain our mental health. And giving, when done mindfully, can create a beautiful cycle of positivity and fulfillment.
As we embark on this journey together, I encourage you to be open, honest, and compassionate—both with yourself and with others. Let’s create a safe space where we can share, learn, and grow together.
Thank you for being here, and let’s get started on this transformative path toward self-care, healthy boundaries, and meaningful giving!

and allowing uncertainty to resemble opening a gift box of welcome ongoing surprises.
These are the outcomes that we are intending to be the result after any authentic participation. Just be YOU.
No one does You better than you.

- Giving generously is intended to mean a balanced level of healthy satisfying routines and rituals to create the you in your inner outer world that your present and future self applauds you for .Your spirit place has been patiently waiting for you.
- Extreme in the term extreme self care is used :as a wake up call to prioritize your Self in your world before the inclusion of anything else . How long will you be a viable person for all that you value if you do not ever get to meaningful balanced daily self care
- Boundary-setting is used to mean :Practicing extreme self-care often involves setting firm boundaries to protect one's time and energy, allowing for necessary downtime and reducing stress.Boundaries help prevent emotional exhaustion and burnout by allowing individuals to prioritize their own needs and well-being. Creating a buffer against stressors and influences that do not help current focus is the key.Boundaries do not imply you do not share who you are and what matters with others. It also implies your why - your why of who you chose to share with ( who and why are the individuals in your circle that have become your trusted few. This asks the question - how is this working for each and how do you measure successful relationships? Can you sense satisfaction for yourself and others?
- Stress implies:

"How many languages are there in the world? How about 5 billion! Each of us talks, listens, and thinks in his/her own special language that has been shaped by our culture, experiences, profession, personality, mores and attitudes. The chances of us meeting someone else who talks the exact same language is pretty remote". Anonymous

But it turns out that people who are grounded and secure don't change much under stress. That's what being grounded means.

Feelings and emotions are not the same.
ARTICLES YOU MAY FIND INFORMATIVE
ARTICLE 1 Why You Have More Control Over Your Emotions Than You Think & WHY Suppression is (mostly) unhelpful.
Emotions are not like lightning bolts that hit us out of the blue. Instead, emotions are processes that occur over time and unfold through different steps. This makes it possible for us to exert influence on them. to READ MORE-LINK

Emotional regulation:
This is the practice of managing your emotions through techniques
(like deep breathing, mindfulness, and cognitive reframing)
Feelings are interpreted: "Feelings" are how you perceive

to influence them

and coping mechanisms
You can't always choose your emotions:
While you can't completely control which emotions arise in a given situation,
you can control how you react to them

ACCEPTANCE/NON-JUDGMENTAL OF SELF & OTHERS

All judgment reveals itself to be self-judgment in the end, and when this is understood a larger comprehension of the nature of life takes its place.

Attribution Theory
A formal definition is provided by Fiske and Taylor (1991, p. 23):
“Attribution theory deals with how the social perceiver uses information to arrive at causal explanations for events. It examines what information is gathered and how it is combined to form a causal judgment”.

"Heider (1958) believed that people are naive psychologists trying to make sense of the social world. People tend to see cause and effect relationships even where there is none!"
