Where am I in respect  to myself ?

In this moment, I truly am forgiving, accepting and allowing. Thankful to say so.

How do I  communicate with others?

 

Where am I in respect to others?

Communication & People 

To avoid minimizing a persons experience , how do I  communicate when others  have overstepped my  boundaries , my time or my  personal energy and still promote authenticity and caring for the other person and myself ?

All I can do is gauge my interactions by feedback,What would I like to begin changing?

If people are capable of being honest- then all is

well. Feedback is pleasant. 

If people are not aware of themselves or others - or even if they are...

all is still well, because I am not responsible for how people feel .

What matters to me  when I  are having a 2 way conversation ?

What am I   most proud of in how I  have practiced boundaries that have challenged others who have less or

different knowledge of

boundaries ?

Boundaries , Authenticity , Wellness

 Sum up my  varied opportunities throughout my life that personal boundaries  have helped me  be more authentic?

Answer:

In this moment, I truly am forgiving, accepting and allowing. Thankful to say so. This is so important to me, I won't let that be any other way

 

This isn't mean to acknowledge the uniqueness of all individuals and their inability to hear whats valuable to me. I'm the only one that needs to get this. That's how to keep passion alive.
