Thank you for your phenomenal contribution is this format!

I am very grateful to you for this amazing platform.

I have reviewed your video about changing one's views about stress.

It is an idea that fosters empowerment, where stress becomes an invitation to affirm that life is giving us an opportunity to transform of experience from one of dreading stress and attempting to distance ourself from stress to one of responding to stress as an opportunity to respond to stress as if it were a unspoken communication to change the way we respond to our inner need for change.

Our need may be related to communication, or it may be our need for new boundaries. It may take many forms for different approaches to creating the context for us to respond in kind for the need to address our willingness to change.

In opening our listening, we open ourself to new ways to respond to our unknown. It makes it possible for experiencing the unknown without fear. 

Thank you, Moderator for developing this thread that fosters new growth and like a wonderful pilates class of heart, mind and Spirit --- I look forward to meeting my fears and loving expanding my self awareness as well as my trust in this precious gift of Life, in the precious gift and practice of  Self care, joyful Being and finding true beauty within.
