Even while looking at total strangers, I sometimes think, "You are so deeply loved" and "your significance and goodness is far beyond what I am able to comprehend". This lifts me as well.

I ask to be rewired for a gentle understanding of others' insecurities and fears, and to be given ways to connect, however direct or indirect, however temporary or lasting.

I live in a state of inner ease. I accept myself and my forms of self-expression, without wondering about the opinions or approval of others.

What if I were to spend time today sending energy to the issues I see bogging us down as a society? What if I were to dedicate energy to transforming areas of negative karma into positive emotions and actions?

Even if I used to fear intimacy or vulnerability, I feel quite happy to engage with others now, especially when there is a chance to share intimacy, depth and vulnerability.
