What if I were to spend time today sending energy to the issues I see bogging us down as a society? What if I were to dedicate energy to transforming areas of negative karma into positive emotions and actions?

Even if I used to fear intimacy or vulnerability, I feel quite happy to engage with others now, especially when there is a chance to share intimacy, depth and vulnerability.
