I tell myself this everyday- I am learning that I am only responsible for myself and my girls!! I am not in control of anyones actions, thoughts or feelings!! he can no longer control who I am or how I feel, I am free from his abuse!! ( I wrote this affirmation, I want people to know that they are in control of themselves- as long as we are true to ourselves)
