I’m 33 and relocated to the DC area from Florida last spring, to be closer to my family and to finally stop doing the long distance thing with my boyfriend and best friend, George. I got away from using affirmations for a while now but I need them in my life again.When I say them, they work. When I put positive words around me, they breath. When I release the negative thoughts, I am a much happier person.

It’s all up to me, my mind and my thoughts to make each day a brilliant one. Here’s to choosing the good thoughts and making them into things..
