Not-Exercising is Not An Option

This thread is everything that expresses exercise as a must.

We know this..Though do we know this ?

Do you ever feel on a day, you decide not to exercise at all, or “well enough”, that you simply exercised your freedom of choice(:

As a person who is being mindful, are you mindful that not including exercise as a top priority in your routine, you are not doing yourself justice?

Keep a chart..this may surprise you. Do it for at least 7-21 days.
