I choose to refuse - and not to abuse!

The longer I do not smoke the stronger I become.

Being smoke free is having a positive impact on every area of my whole life.

It is so good to finally be free from cigarettes! The more time that passes the better I feel!

Whenever I see a cigarette or even think of one, I automatically hear myself saying these words: "I do not smoke." and I simply don't

Quitting smoking is easy, it's really not as hard as I thought! It was continuing to smoke that was hard on me.

I choose to see smoking for what it really is: weak, stress and anxiety driven, stupid, deadly, AND self-destructive - and I know that just has no more place in my life, at all.

Smoking simply is not the answer to any stress in me. I am worth far more than anything I could ever possibly get out of smoking.

I have less and less habits, impulses, core beliefs and personal orientations that control or even influence me in any harmful way.

I enjoy knowing that my lungs are regenerating continuously as I continue to refrain from smoking.

I do not smoke. My lungs are increasingly stronger and are more and more healthy. I am able to breathe more and more deeply and fully.

I will not smoke today

I am so proud of myself for making this effort and for sticking with it!

I give up all habits that obscure my highest good!

I possess many talents.

I feel good about who I am and the way I look.

I have a right to take up space.

I have a healthy selfesteem

I accept responsibility

I release the fear

Everybody loves to be around me

I am totally relaxed

I release the need to please others.

I project an aura of immense power and love
