Breathing is the easiest way for me to do this now.

I enjoy knowing that my lungs are regenerating continuously as I continue to refrain from smoking.

Without cigarette smoke in my body I am able to circulate the joys of living throughout my whole body more and more and I feel truly wonderful just being alive!

I feel younger and more alive than ever.

I have more energy and stamina than ever before, I enjoy my whole life and I am happy to be here.

I exercise not only my body in movement, or my lungs in breathing, but I exercise goodwill toward myself, I exercise my intelliegence, and I exercise my freedom!

I exercise reasonably and regularly.

I choose to refuse - and not to abuse!

I will not smoke today

Being a non-smoker is easy for me, after all, I was born that way - and it is the natural way for me to be!

I want to live and nourish the sacred in me.

I know exactly what I will do with the time, the energy, and the money I will save by no longer smoking.

I have less and less habits, impulses, core beliefs and personal orientations that control or even influence me in any harmful way.

I choose to see smoking for what it really is: weak, stress and anxiety driven, stupid, deadly, AND self-destructive - and I know that just has no more place in my life, at all.

Smoking simply is not the answer to any stress in me. I am worth far more than anything I could ever possibly get out of smoking.

Beautiful, sexy, attractive women are increasingly attentive toward me.

The perfect woman will find me when I am ready

I am a worthwhile person I attract joy into my life

Women find me attractive

I naturally attract the right people

I am a winner, I am successful, I AM A WINNER
