I have quit smoking, and every day that passes, I feel better and better

My whole life is truly sweeter and better simply because I have quit smoking.

Quitting smoking is easy, it's really not as hard as I thought! It was continuing to smoke that was hard on me.

I know exactly what I will do with the time, the energy, and the money I will save by no longer smoking.

It is really time for me to quit smoking, that old habit simply doesn't serve me anymore and it never really did.

Smoking IS stupid, since I am not addicted to stupidity there is no reason why I can not quit smoking!

I choose to see smoking for what it really is: weak, stress and anxiety driven, stupid, deadly, AND self-destructive - and I know that just has no more place in my life, at all.

Smoking simply is not the answer to any stress in me. I am worth far more than anything I could ever possibly get out of smoking.

I HAVE STRONG BONES AND HEALTHY MUSCLES

I have strong toned supple muscles

My muscles are growing rapidly in size and volume

I am building huge amounts of muscle for my shoulders, chest, back, legs and arms, increasingly!

I am excellent at building muscle in my body

I have great muscle definition

I am building more muscle every day

I am a lean, mean, fat burning, muscle building machine.

At every turn, opportunity appears before me.

I possess an abundance of creativity and energy

Love, health and wealth flows abundantly into my life

I am a lucky, happy, healthy and successful person

I am getting wealthier each day

I have everything I need right now to accomplish everything I want.

I have abundant energy, vitality and well-being.

I am a money magnet!

I deserve love, success and happiness

The riches of the universe come to me effortlessly
