I’m currently evaluating the stressors in my life and surroundings and am eliminating them as i go… I would like to obtain control over my anxiety without the use of medication- do you have any suggestions?
Also- your affirmations are very healing as well as inspiring.. My favorite is: The Pleasure you get from life is equal to the attitude you put into it…
