I shall tolerate no uncleanliness in body, clothes, habitation or thought.

I will exercise moderation in all I do. I will avoid extremes.

I will seek justice for all. I will wrong none by doing injuries or omitting the benefits that are my duty.

I will seek tranquility. I will not be disturbed at trifles or accidents common or unavoidable.

I will practice humility through the imitation Jesus and Socrates.

I will exercise chasity and be known as a person of virtuous character. I will never use venery to dullness, weakness, or the injury of my own or another's peace or reputation.

I will practice sincerity in all I do. I will not be hurtful or deceitful. I will think innocently and justly. I will speak accordingly.

I will practice industry. I will not lose time. I will always be employed in somthing useful. I will cut off all unnecessary actions.

I will exercise the virtue of frugality. I will make no expense but to do good to others or myself. I will waste nothing.

I will exercise order in my life. I will let all things have their places. I will let each part of business and life have its time.

I will exercise the virtue of silence. I will speak not but what my benefit others or myself. I will avoid trifling conversations.

I will exercise temperance. I will eat not to dullness. I will drink not to elevation.

I resolve to perform what I ought. I will perform without fail what I resolve.
