My inner vision is always clear and focused.
My possibilities are endless.
I am closer to a healthy weight every day.
I am looking forward to the reward of a slimmer and more energized me.
It's okay to leave food on my plate when I am full.
I am excited that I am heading in the right direction to my ideal weight, I cant wait!
I am losing weight, and it feels wonderful.
As I lose weight I get healthier and healthier
