Today is the first day of my positive future

What happens to you isn`t as important as your reaction to what happens to you.

Life is abudant and it supports me. It is working in my advantage.

I`m really hurting - but I`m going to bounce back.

My heart is opened for good positive changes.

Good: mood, attitude, outlook, Or: bad, it is my own decision.

I will find a need and fill it.

I am changing my day by changing my attitude to positive.

I alone have the power in the present moment to change my limiting beliefs and I plant the seeds for the future that I choose. As I change my mind and attitude, I change my experience.

A small positive action can often make a big positive difference in my outlook on life.

I am ready to make my dreams come true in every aspect of my life. I believe I'm guided through every change for my highest good.

I am responsible for my own attitude.

My mind is more powerful than any habit

All I need is here before me

My possibilities are endless.

I will devote 15 minutes a day to exercising my body.
