I was reading this ebook about combining affirmations with acronyms and felt with everyone putting a few in this post we could come up with a really cool mission statement for each of us. Affirmonyms are affirmations that can be related to one word. The author Phil, used:
TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) TEAM
He says to really use these, you should record yourself spelling it then saying each word, then spelling it again. 25 times. This should be done after you make an opening statement: “Every time I See, Hear or Say these Words they gain a deeper meaning.” then after each set of 25 you should say an affirmation like: “These are fundamental truths for me, and they do not change.” I like this. I have included a couple of mine and want to encourage you guys to add yours.
After you get a few words, and have recorded them on an mp3 player. The idea is to take those words and make a statement. The statement doesn’t have to be totally true, he says “Affirmations do not have to be literally true, It simply cannot be provably false.”
So here are a couple I made up, tell me what you think.
DREAM (Designing our Reality to Eventually Achieve Miracles) DREAM
SPIRIT (Successful People Inspire Real Individuals to Transform)SPIRIT
POWER (Positive Opportunities Wield Extreme Results) POWER
I have some more and will share more as I get better in finding the right word with out adding extra words to get a point across.
