- I for one, will tell you posting and listening to music on this site has been/and often still is… a healthy addition for me in my life…
- Even being a music lover…I was starting to go music-less(: Life had gotten busy, and I was fitting tunes in…rather than using music to create a more enjoyable backdrop as I did in younger days.
- music enjoyment here actually enabled me to add more joy to my life…and bring it back to my favorite areas…and loved ones.
For example…want to enhance joy…what is your joy-song? Are you feeling stuck? What song breaks through your blocks?
