★An Opening to Non Judgment -Letting go

As difficult as it seems, you can be sure of this: At the core of the heart, you have the power to move beyond the old issues that are still hindering your freedom. The hardest things—the ones that push you up against your limits—are the very things you need to address to make a quantum leap into a fresh inner and outer life. Doc Childre and Howard Martin, The HeartMath Solution

The Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Amen.

BE YOU

I find that when I smile and stand/sit up straight I make not only myself feel good but also the people around me….. Even if I do not utter a word, my smile and posture encourage others to be friendly, like saying hello or smiling themselves…. small action but initiates a bigger reaction….

In response to coachhouse’s post:
Absolutely! What a perfect example coachhouse!Smiling produces great changes in ourselves and those around us(:

There is a book I use as reference to lots entitled: The Energizing Heart by Nathalie Campeau, Md
In Chapter 1, there is a part dedicated to the Physiology of a Smile.
Begins with: Practice of Heart Smiling which leads to… Heart/Brain Synchronization which leads to… Transformation of Internal Climate
which leads to…. Changes in Chemistry and Electromagnetic field
which leads to…. New non verbal signals….
which leads to… Transformation in perceptions and attitudes producing acceptance and respect which leads to… Improvement of the quality of life (:
