CREATIVE VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUE:
CHEAT SHEET – 10 Steps to Visualization Success
1) Get comfy… The comfier the better… But sit up unless you wanna fall asleep.
2) Start The Creative Visualization MP3 to produce alpha brainwaves
3) Slow your breathing right down. Take slow & deep breaths, from your belly.
4) Relax each part of your body in turn. Head, shoulders, knees & toes (etc)
5) Start Visualizing! Play a mental movie of you acting ideally. Daydream!
6) Add as much detail as you can muster. Sounds, smells, tastes, people (etc)
7) Add emotions. Aim to feel as good as if you were experiencing it for real.
8) Focus on acting ideally. It doesn’t matter if you don’t act like this now. Enjoy.
9) Edit & Perfect the movie. Keep adjusting the movie until it’s perfect for you.
10) REPEAT! Each night for 10-30 minutes. In the morning too for bonus points.
