5/18/23: Happiness Meeting: Well Being and resilience

Welcome Bmindful to the latest edition of our Happiness Meetings!

PREVIOUS HAPPINESS MEETING

-Allowing Your Soul To Be All You Are

In this meeting, we will be exploring our lives and taking on a new level of self discovery, and self learning.

I challenge myself, and I hope that you are willing to challenge yourself to a new view, a new willingness to open up a meaningful conversation about what matters the most to you right now.

What's happening right now, and what is your highest priority?

What structure's do you have - or what structure are you making that will support you on your path to achievement?

What are your barriers?

Why unworkability is impacting you?

What miracle would help you....?

I invite you to explore these questions, and others - which will help to open you to unlimited possibilities......

The purpose of this meeting is to create new access into the very thing that you value the most.

I am willing to share that what I value the most right now is my well being and my resilience!

Please feel free to join in, in any way that you feel comfortable sharing.

As the meeting opens up, please share new, empowering affirmations that open you to the freedom to explore and dialogue.

The Universe awaits to support us all in our efforts to make our Selves happy and satisfied with our level of engagement!

“Radical Acceptance is the ability to face hardships with greater love and deeper awareness.
Contemplation shapes radical acceptance as a way to choose love and peace over anger and despair.
Begin by finding this within ourselves before helping others.

Please choose your Highest priority.

Please take time, take your truth and your Spirit by the hand...

“Radical Acceptance is the ability to face hardships with greater love and deeper awareness.
Contemplation shapes radical acceptance as a way to choose love and peace over anger and despair.
Begin by finding this within ourselves before helping others.

My truth and My Spirit are very near and dear to me...

My Highest Priority is that I am successful in this program that I am in. I'm back in school, and I Absolutely welcome this growth...

My 2nd top contender priority: My health. My Well Being.

To sum a bit here

this post… a quote & an affirmation:

Putting love first means knowing that the universe supports you in creating the good, the holy, and the beautiful. It means knowing that you’re on the earth for a purpose, and that the purpose itself will create opportunities for its accomplishment.— Marianne Williamson

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒacknowledge a world beyond my senses,

intellect, a wisdom beyond logic, a power

beyond my limits, a serene design despite any distressing display

Thank you, Life Is About
Making Excellent Choices

So appreciative for you creating this Happiness Meeting

I loved hearing what your top choices are, that you are feeling so rewarded by being back in school

In response to Life is about making excellent choices!!'s post:

I too will love the opportunity to respond to questions you've suggested

1. What's happening right now, and what is your highest priority?

I saw a perfect quote today on Bmindful posted by MrBrightside :

that was so perfect

to best respond to this question.

One of the hardest things to admit when going thru stages of grief/loss is you can’t just start over .
You can’t  go back & save the individual that isn’t here, though you create a new beginning,

The person  who isn’t here , will always be in spirit , in my heart …

though I create anew everyday with the most amazing love that keeps growing.

 ‘One new perception,

one fresh thought,

one act of surrender,

one change of heart,

one leap of faith,

can change your life forever.’

Robert Holden

back to elaborate at a later time.

To answer the question of my highest priorities

I would say

My Mental Attitude

4ca834b108ea979d5342d615b6e4ba1c--happy-thoughts-positive-thoughts.jpg

Even in grief//loss … I have not just let it have its way with me.

They say we cannot control the waves , though we can learn to surf

I choose love

I choose gratitude

I choose what is praiseworthy, excellent & Good

1. My Health (My WellBeing  - mond bofy & spirit)

2.,My Spirituality

3. & of course Love.

Reasoning :

will return

What structure's do you have - or what structure are you making that will support you on your path to achievement?

Structure is one of my favorite  subjects

will return

First a quote to hold  that thought(:

Start-out-by-celebrating.jpg

What are your barriers?

Barriers to me are stuck-points.

I am learning how life is way beyond my understanding  and

things continue to have a way of improving without my hand in it.

I have a tendency to want to be able to do the things I once did before a significant loss.

Though ,

The Creator of the Universe, I choose to call God

has brought dynamic people in my life

at just the right times  for  gifts  that only

God could   have been responsible for.
 My glimmers of hope are

having greater opportunities

to light up my life.

98679d15f61804b646a1cdc2c234c59d--bible-quotes-bible-verses.jpg

Why unworkability is impacting you?

I choose not to look at anything as having unworkability in my life.

I had an impatience with what wasn’t working  for me, I am

allowing greater patience , living in the moment & changing everything I can.

My tools have gotten a real workout.

I am grateful , that I have learned what I have

& that good people are in the world that care.

To be continued.

What miracle would help you....?

an abundant answered prayer to slow down time,

and to believe I have the resources

to have , be and do what matters to me.

God has been pretty amazing - and I feel greater hope,

greater faith & my belief  has grown.

1) Time is my best friend;

we are the dynamic duo

2)I am relaxed and I have

lots of time.

3)Time is only relative

to what I want it to be.

4) There is lots of time.

5) I AM

relaxed. Thank you .

6) I AM at peace with myself &

all aspects of my life. Thank you .

7)Time is slowing down. This is amazing.

8)I have plenty of time. Wow!

9) I am relaxed

and taking my time. Feels perfect .

10) Every moment in time

I AM the improvement

with everything

I desire,

and feel

value with.

11) I have all the time that I need to accomplish my tasks,

my routines,

my goals

I am completing all things ahead of time lines

12)I live the life

I love fearlessly…

the best life I envision

-or something magnificently better!

13) I prioritize

my wellbeing

oh so well

in all I do

and I applaud

my wellbeing

for being up for all of

my tasks today

14) Emotions and activities

come and go

and I am ever in the flow

as I need

and desire to be.

What helps me allow for

unlimited possibilities......?

In response to Life is about making excellent choices!!'s post:

Thank you , LIAMEC!

If I was to share some things I have learned ‘during this time’ to give strength

& hope to ‘some’ others

( we all are unique in our experience- just hoping something helps)

( in an order that only your Self & the Divine) can work out.

I’d say

No matter what you experience with loss

attempt   a backdrop of love,

peace & gratitude .

Will that mean there will be no ups & downs?

One might think so with such a beautiful focus, though oh no.

Grief is ups & downs and on a

a constant continuum

of a

total working-of everywhere you have ever been,

to everywhere you thought you were going

to

places your Spirit has reserved that is just right .

it doesn’t stay in each ‘place’

It’s the gathering of it all… sometimes (feels like) all at once.

‘You go from everything you thought you knew to continuous revelations of loving even more through the whole process.

This has been my experience.

Not sure this makes sense… Though grief is a process that is best defined as a time where things don’t make sense.

And acknowledging and accepting

that is where the lessons will bring

moments of great hope , faith & trust

& those moments come  alive

You don’t graduate from a significant loss …

it just grows in a better direction as you allow … healing .

Its also been my experience - to  Not

measure your experience against anyone else’s…

Just like everyone is unique, so are each relationship … between you & others… and even other losses you have had.

And .. find the tools/ resources that work for you . You will know when something is a good fit or not. Pain is not bad… And by allowing love to be revealed as your being needs … there will be more reasons to celebrate and more meaning in your world. This has been my experience.

My definition of greatness

is to be greater than your environment,

to be greater than your body,

and to be greater than time.

And if you do, you will be great.

I mean, that’s it!” – Dr. Joe Dispenza

Affirmations:

I am enough

I accept myself for who I am right now

I have unlimited potential

I don’t have to be perfect

I am grateful for the journey I am on

Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.

In response to Poppy's post:

Glad you are here too!

which  resonate with this Meeting on

Well Being

Feel free to use anything that works for you

I once read a bit by author Ariane Benefit

the questions & thoughts are not original , though / resonating with ‘where I am ‘

I hope this addition serves you too

Ariane Benefits views on strengthening personal agility.
from the The 8 Habits of Personal Agility and Resilience for Living in Your Agile Zone of Optimal Functioning by Ariane Benefit

Resiliencethe ability to work through and recover from setbacks, relapses and obstacles – is what makes your future goals easier to accomplish. In fact, resilience in response to adversity – also called “grit” – may be the most essential ingredient to achievement. Even more important than expertise or social skills.

High Resilience is a capability that some people seem to just be born with. However, the good news is that it is comprised of a set of cognitive and emotional skills and habits that can be taught and then cultivated through experience. But it requires adversity.

How do you Cultivate and Strengthen Personal Agility?

Cultivating personal agility involves discovering your own rhythms with creative flow and peak performance, respecting them, and using them to navigate your way through life using non-peak time to build your readiness to make the most of peak performance states as well as to recover from adverse situations. The more agile you become, you naturally begin to experience less adversity and spend more time in the sweet spot of creative flow, but you must accept thatyou cannot live in your sweet spot full-time, and you cannot “control” or “schedule” it.

What you can do is:
╰☆╮¤`» Reserve time for it to happen.«´¯`·.¸¸.°¤╰☆╮

  • ~
    Trust it
  • ~
Encourage it by creating conditions that enable it
  • ~
Optimize your use of it while you have it.
  • ~
Instead of wasting energy trying to figure out techniques to make it happen predictably and instead of agonizing over how to “avoid adversity” or “overcome your blocks”, I recommend making a project out of learning how you do it when you do things well naturally. How does it work for you? Pay closer to attention to what’s going on when it happens naturally. For example, rather than analyzing why you are late so often, try looking for an example of when you were on on time and study that. How did that happen? What you learn will most like be surprising counter-intuitive and maybe even seem ridiculous to you. But all we care about is this. Does it help? Does it work? If so, figure out how to turn it into a power tool.
  • ~
Instead of trying so hard to solve your performance challenges using other people’s strategies, focus on learning how you naturally perform the desired behavior or accomplish the desired result. (To simplify, let’s just call these instances “flow state”) When you are researching how your own flow states work, ask questions like:
  • ~
What tends to trigger you to enter your flow state?
Look for clues that seem to not make any sense…creative solutions are generated in ways our logical minds can’t even dream of.
  • ~
More questions to help you learn about your own peak performance creative flow state rhythms:

What time of day does it tend to happen?
How long does it tend to last?
What are the signs that it is coming?
What are the signs it’s starting to fade?
What was going on during the 24 – 48 hours prior to flow state?
What kinds of interruptions are easy to recover from while you are in flow state?
What tends to derail you from getting into flow state?h

Loved all that you shared, love that ELO song... and I love how everything that is opening up for you and is allowing you access to new and meaningful growth that supports you on every level.

The Universe is unimaginably available, responsive, kind, loving and generous... it seems to be a mirror image of you!!

In response to Poppy's post:

Hi Poppy,

You are exactly perfect, you are exactly more than enough!

You are infinite abundance, you are infinite love and creation!

You are the reason birds sing and build nests around you...

They are the sweet sounds that celebrate your Spirit.

And, I join in their celebration of your kind, loving Spirit!

When you feel the wind's sweet caress, know that you are Love... and - you are Loved!

More meaningful conversation about what matters the most right now:

Trust.

I trust in my Spirit. I trust my intuition.

I trust that I am in the right place in my life and that I am open to receiving profound contribution from my Source so that I can experience Everything that is unfolding exactly as it should...

I have no doubt that I am being Divinely guided. and I am learning to speak and dwell in kindness and harmlessness.

I am learning that my thoughts and words open channels that influence me and support me as I choose to allow myself to be influenced.

I choose trust.

I choose engagement and growth.

I choose my truth.

I choose my Self.

I choose this moment.

I choose alignment.

I am willing to climb this mountain - this is my gift to my Self.

I embrace this and I welcome this growth.

Resilience is my buoyancy...

Resiliency allows me to rise up.

Resiliency allows me to catch me breath, breathe in new air, new energy, new grounding, regenerating my new priorities so that I can welcome transition.

I AM my dream.

“In the eyes of God, we’re all perfect and we all have unlimited capacity to express brilliantly. I say unlimited capacity rather than unlimited potential because potential can be a dangerous concept. We can use it to tyrannize ourselves, to live in the future instead of the present, to set ourselves up for despair. We’re constantly measuring ourselves against what we think we could be, rather than what we are. Potential is a concept which can bind us to personal powerlessness Focus on human potential becomes impotent without a focus on human capacity. Capacity is expressed in the present, it is immediate, the key to it lies not in what we have inside of us, but rather in what we are willing to own that we have inside of us. There’s no point in waiting until we’re perfect at what we do, or enlightened masters, or PhDs in life, before opening ourselves to what we’re capable of doing now. Of course we’re not as good today as we’ll be tomorrow, but how will we ever get tomorrow’s promise without making some sort of move today?” Marianne Williamson
