True story:
I was in the midst of sharing something on my phone
& unconsciously
my energy lost its momentum.
I had a reminder pop up that I created ,
and was a to -do -item & said
Be Very Happy
It woke me up, and suddenly I agreed & I was back on track only more aware.. and happier.
