Glass of Water Method
I have yet to try this technique, but I wanted a place to store it for today’s experimentation with it.

Cleric introduced to me..It is a Silva method.

Glass of water technique

The glass of water technique is a mental technique that you can use
for problem solving and goal achievement.

At night, just before sleep, get a water glass and fill it with water,
while drinking approximately one half of the water, close your eyes,
turn them slightly upward and mentally say to yourself:

“This is all I need to do to find the solution to the problem I have in mind”

Then, put away the remaining half glass of water, go to bed and sleep.
In the morning, upon awakening, drink the remaining half glass of water,
closing your eyes, turning them slightly upward, and mentally saying to yourself:

“This is all I need to do to find the solution to the problem I have in mind”.

With this programming you may awaken during the night or in the morning with a
vivid recollection of a dream that contains information that you can use for solving
the problem, or during the day you may have a flash of insight that contains information
that you can use for solving the problem.

With this mental technique, there is no need to use the 3 to 1 method to enter level 1
you will enter level 1 automatically as you close your eyes and turn them slightly
upward while drinking the water.

Thanks for this…I am in a place at the moment where I am ditching old behaviours and thought patterns – including old resentment etc to make space for the positive.
This is all a quest to make room for new opportunities. Its all very well me affirming that “I draw opportunities towards me” but if I am not making room for these opportunities to develop and physically manifest its a wasted affirmation.

I am creating a suitable home for the opportunities I am drawing towards me, by de-cluttering the ‘nucleus’ which in my case is my emotional self. This includes feeling ‘less than’ low self esteem, ego and any negative questioning I have over my ability.
I also think getting rid of little resentments about my current situation will improve the process. Like attracts like and I dont want to attract the same opportunites again. I will remember to have gratitude for the here and now instead.

Thanks so much. I really have my week in perspective now!
Monday morning……?? Bring it on!!!
